Lauren Conrad came into the spotlight at just 18 years old, thanks to the wildly popular reality series Laguna Beach.
The MTV show, which offered a peek into the lives of high school students in Orange County, CA, certainly made Conrad famous, but it wasn't a career she could sustain forever. During her appearance on a spin-off series, The Hills, Conrad pursued a career in fashion through a Teen Vogue internship.
She would go on to become an Avon spokesperson, a New York Times best-selling author, and design a fashion line for Kohl's. Today, she's the founder of her own lifestyle brand and website, at which fans can get advice on all things fashion, beauty, and food.
