Lean beef and black bean burgers

Lean Beef Black Bean Burger

Take your average, run-of-the-mill hamburger and mix in some extra protein by adding some heart-healthy black beans to the mix. After you throw the two together and blend in some mustard and oil, toss them on the grill for a diet-friendly—yet delicious—burger.

Ingredients 
½ cup canned, drained black beans
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 lb lean ground beef
4 whole wheat buns
How to make it 

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.

Form into patties.

Grill and serve on whole-wheat buns.
