Homemade Sriracha

Sriracha

We bet you didn't realize how easy it is to whip up your own Sriracha in just 10 minutes. Use this homemade version as a spicy addition to turkey or chicken sandwiches, spread it over your eggs, or toss it in to your favorite stir-fry or chili.

Ingredients 
6 red jalapeƱo peppers, chopped (remove the seeds for less spice)
2 Tbsp tomato paste
4 garlic cloves
3-4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut amino
3 California dates
Salt, to taste
How to make it 

Put everything in a food processor or a blender until it’s pureed. (Yields: 1 cup)
